James outside of the operating room

I’m James… I’ve been an RN on staff in the operating room in La Jolla, California since 2001. And I can honestly say I love working in the operating room. I spend about half my time circulating and the other half scrubbing. I’m part of a cerebrovascular specialty team which takes care of all the crainiotomies for aneurysms and brain tumors. When I’m not in the neuro room you can usually find me helping with general or orthopedic surgery.
